Dasan Prabhakaran - Our Solar Man
JP Solar was founded by Dasan Prabhakaran, a visionary leader with a deep commitment to advancing India’s renewable energy landscape. After earning his M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, he moved to the United States, where he served for over a decade as the Director of SSN Steel Corporation, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, operations, and global industry standards. Driven by a desire to give back to his homeland, he returned to India with a mission — to contribute to the nation’s growth, promote sustainable energy, and strengthen local industry. This vision gave rise to JP Solar, a company dedicated to delivering world-class solar solutions while proudly supporting India’s journey toward a greener and more self-reliant future.
